2024 Feedstuffs Feed Ingredient Analysis Table
It's back! Feedstuffs has updated its feed ingredient analysis values table of more than 100 commonly used feed ingredients.
AFIA has released its 2025 schedule of conferences, professional development opportunities and online education courses.

The American Feed Industry Association (AFIA) has released its 2025 schedule of conferences, professional development and online education courses. Registration is already open for several of these events at afia.org/events.
“AFIA is thrilled to kick off 2025 with a lineup of prominent industry events that provide exceptional educational, networking and professional development opportunities for individuals across the animal food industry,” said Jessica Morse, AFIA director of meetings and events. “We’re also excited to introduce new programming this year, continuing our commitment to offering engagement opportunities that drive the animal food industry forward.”
The event schedule is as follows:
Jan. 28-30 – International Feed Expo at the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) in Atlanta, Ga.
Jan. 28 – Pet Food Conference at IPPE in Atlanta
Jan. 29 – AFIA Feed Education Program at IPPE in Atlanta
Jan. 29 – Animal & Plant Health Inspection Service and Industry – The Good, the Bad and the Ugly of Importing/Exporting Animal Products at IPPE in Atlanta
Jan. 29 – What’s Keeping the Feed Industry Up at Night? at IPPE in Atlanta
March 18-20 – Purchasing & Ingredient Suppliers Conference in Orlando, Fla.
July 15-17 – Food Safety Modernization Act Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) Training in Nashville, Tenn.
Sept. 9-11 – Liquid Feed Symposium in Fort Worth, Texas
Oct. 8-10 – Executive Leadership Summit and Rising Leaders Program in Deer Valley, Utah (by invitation only)
Nov. 5-7 – Equipment Manufacturers Conference in Rancho Mirage, Cal.
Dec. 9-10 – PCQI Refresher Course in Nashville (new offering)
AFIA will continue its partnership with Kansas State University to offer a five-week online course, “AFIA-KSU 500: Fundamentals of Feed Manufacturing.” The course will be offered quarterly:

Oct. 14-Nov. 18
After launching in 2024, AFIA will also continue to offer the online course, “AFIA 600: Designing, Implementing and Documenting an Animal Food Safety Plan.” This new program is a self-guided, online professional development course tailored for industry professionals seeking to deepen their understanding of animal food safety standards, regulations and the Safe Feed/Safe Food (SF/SF) certification program. This course will be offered March 11-April 15 and Sept. 16-Oct. 21.

AFIA is devoted exclusively to representing the business, legislative and regulatory interests of the U.S. animal food industry and its suppliers. The organization’s membership is comprised of more than 650 domestic and international companies that represent the total feed industry – manufacturers of commercial and integrated feed and pet food, ingredient suppliers, pharmaceutical companies, industry support and equipment manufacturers. AFIA members manufacture more than 75% of the feed and 70% of the non-whole grain ingredients used in the country. AFIA also holds membership in the International Feed Industry Federation.
