WEEKLY EXPORT REPORT: Corn sales surge in latest week

Soybean and wheat sales slip as corn sales increase.

Export sales of corn surged in the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s weekly report on Friday, rebounding from weak numbers in the previous report, while soybean and wheat sales decreased but were about as expected.

The sales of all three 2015-16 crops topped the paces needed to meet USDA’s annual forecasts.
