USDA ag industrial reports to return

THE U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) announced Sept. 29 that it is re-launching the "Current Agricultural Industrial Reports" survey program.

The reports were discontinued in 2011 due to budget reductions.

NASS said it will collect data and publish industrial reports for the dry and wet alcohol milling, fat and oilseed industries, flour milling sectors and cotton.
