U.S. chicken consumption grows

Consumers cite health, nutrition and taste as top reasons for uptick in chicken consumption.

AMERICANS' appetite for chicken is growing, according to new research conducted by PKS Research Partners and commissioned by the National Chicken Council.

In an online survey, 1,019 adults from across the U.S. volunteered to answer questions about their poultry eating and shopping habits.
