U.S. advised to wait on COOL appeal

AGRICULTURE Secretary Tom Vilsack said the World Trade Organization has advised the U.S. to wait until January if it chooses to appeal WTO's recent ruling on country-of-origin labeling (COOL) that went in favor of Canada and Mexico and found that the U.S. law is trade distorting.
