AS reported last month in Feedstuffs and by many other electronic and print media, the Urban School Food Alliance announced its new antibiotic-free standard for companies that provide its members with chicken products to be served in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).
The significance of this is the simple fact that the alliance is composed of six of the largest school districts in the U.S. and serves, according to its press release,
