THE U.S. Grains Council (USGC) recently projected that U.S. sorghum exports for the 2014-15 marketing year will be 10 times larger than they were just a few years ago in the 2011-12 marketing year.
The sizeable increase is mostly attributable to China, USGC said, where demand has surged since it received its first bulk shipment on Oct. 13, 2013.
