Sodexo updates animal welfare policy for suppliers

SODEXO, a leading foodservice company that manages thousands of dining operations for colleges, universities, hospitals and corporate dining centers, announced a new phased approach to source poultry, beef and veal from suppliers that abide by the updated animal welfare policy it established for its U.S. operations.
