CHIEF negotiators for the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) talks completed 10 days of intensive meetings Sept. 10 and made important progress across a range of issues as they continue their drive toward a comprehensive, high-standard agreement, the U.S. Trade Representative's Office reported.
