Food insecurity grows despite record global production.

ALTHOUGH world cereal production is likely to reach an all-time record of more than 2.5 billion metric tons in 2014, 38 countries are nonetheless at risk of food insecurity, according to the U.N. Food & Agriculture Organization's (FAO) latest "Crop Prospects & Food Situation Report."
