As expected, lawsuits have officially been filed taking aim at how the Environmental Protection Agency handled the final renewable fuel standard (RFS) volume obligation levels it finalized last year.
On Jan. 8, 2016, several parties jointly petitioned the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to hear a challenge to EPA’s RFS levels for 2014, 2015 and 2016.
The petitioners are Americans for Clean Energy, American Coalition for Ethanol, Archer Daniels Midl
