MEAT and poultry products remain among the top choices for grocery shoppers; however, consumers are changing their purchasing behavior, according to the "Power of Meat" study published by the Food Marketing Institute (FMI) and the North American Meat Institute (NAMI).
The 10th annual study, released last week at the FMI/NAMI annual conference, examines U.S. shoppers' meat and poultry purchasing trends.
