Ornua acquires U.S. dairy ingredients business

Ornua adds CoreFX Ingredients to its U.S. portfolio, including specialty dry ingredient production facility.

Ornua, Ireland’s largest exporter of Irish dairy products, announced that it has acquired the CoreFX Ingredients division of MCT Dairies Inc. and a powder ingredient production facility in Orangeville, Ill.

The acquisition, which has been made in partnership with Denis Neville, formerly of MCT Dairies, is Ornua’s first specialty dry ingredient production facility in the U.S.

The newly named business, CoreFX Ingredients LLC, complements Ornua’s existing ingredient production
