Greater microbiome diversity seems to lead to better response to infection for swine. ALSO: Collecting oral fluid samples from pigs.

Researchers at the Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine have teamed up with the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in California to evaluate the effect and association of microbiomes connected with two of the most devastating viral diseases in swine.
