ALLTECH, Nicholasville, Ky. — Dr. Tugrul Durali has been appointed Asia-Pacific technical manager for the mycotoxin management team. Durali will provide technical support to local and regional accounts, focusing on the On-Farm program.

BIOMIN USA, San Antonio, Texas — Dr. Raj Murugesan has joined the company as poultry technical specialist. Murugesan will conduct research experiments with universities and field trials involving poultry product lines and will provide technical support to the North American poultry team.

CHS INC., St. Paul, Minn. — Timothy Skidmore has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer. Skidmore was previously with Campbell Soup Co.

FOOD MARKETING INSTITUTE, Arlington, Va. — Mark Baum has been appointed senior vice president of industry relations and chief collaboration officer. Baum will engage retailer, supplier, manufacturer and service provider chief executive officers to help raise the bar on industry collaboration at all points of the food retail chain. He was previously with MARCAT Group LLC.

GENETIPORC, Alexandria, Minn. — Tianna Ahrens Fabian has joined the company as marketing coordinator for the USA division.

Dale Hover has joined the USA sales team. Hover will work in Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana and parts of Iowa and will maintain relationships with past customers throughout the Upper Midwest.

IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY, Ames, Iowa — Cathy Kling has been named director of the university's Center for Agricultural & Rural Development. Kling will address critical issues of agricultural policy. She was previously interim director of the center.

JEFO NUTRITION USA, Athens, Ga. — Dr. Duarte Neves has joined the poultry technical services team as poultry nutritionist. Neves will be responsible for providing nutritional technical services mainly in the eastern U.S.

LOHMANN ANIMAL HEALTH INTERNATIONAL, Winslow, Maine — Dr. Jim C. Stockam has joined the company as technical services veterinarian. Stockam will give technical support to customers and provide research and development assistance on vaccine evaluation, field trials and new product development.

NATIONAL GRAIN & FEED ASSN., Washington, D.C. — Jared W. Hill has joined the association as director of legislative affairs. Hill was previously with Sen. Chuck Grassley's (R., Iowa) staff.

POET-DSM ADVANCED BIOFUELS, Sioux Falls, S.D. — Michael Nealon has joined the company as corporate controller. Nealon will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the consolidated accounting and financial reporting function. He was previously with Glacial Lakes Corn Processors.

SELECT SIRES INC., Plain City, Ohio — Tim Baumgartner has joined the Jersey sire team as Jersey genetics and marketing specialist. Baumgartner will be responsible for seeking top Jersey young sires for the Program for Genetic Advancement, assisting sales representatives with Jersey educational needs and providing genetic support to the breed's growth. He will serve California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin and the Canadian provinces west of Ontario.

STEWART-PETERSON, West Bend, Wis. — Melissa Heaney has joined the agricultural market consulting team. Heaney will customize marketing strategies for the firm's Market360 clients.

Shelly Sievert has joined the business development team. Sievert will create and implement ways to grow the agricultural client base.
