FARM CREDIT ADMINISTRATION, McLean, Va. — Elizabeth M. Dean has been appointed inspector general. Dean will be responsible for providing independent and objective oversight of agency programs and operations through audits, inspections, investigations and the review of proposed legislation and regulations. She was most recently acting inspector general.

FARM FOUNDATION NFP, Oak Brook, Ill. — Allison Skare has been named program coordinator. Skare will be responsible for event management and implementation. She previously worked for Sen. Claire McCaskill (D., Mo.).

LAND O'LAKES INC., Arden Hills, Minn. — Mike Macrie has been named vice president and chief information officer. Macrie was most recently vice president and senior director of Ag Services IT.

MINNESOTA AGRI-GROWTH COUNCIL, St. Paul, Minn. — Perry Aasness has joined the council as executive director. Aasness was previously with the Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation.

MISSOURI BEEF INDUSTRY COUNCIL, Columbia, Mo. — Mark Russell has been named executive director. Russell was previously with the Missouri Soybean Association & Merchandising Council.

MOTOMCO, Madison, Wis. — Aaron Hollander has joined the company as territory manager for the western U.S. Hollander will be representing rodent control products to poultry and swine producers, farm store chains, independent dealer stores and crop input suppliers in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah and Arizona. He was previously with Kingsburg.

NATIONAL BIODIESEL BOARD, Washington, D.C. — Lindsay Fitzgerald has been named director of regulatory affairs. Fitzgerald was previously with the Environmental Protection Agency.

SELECT SIRES INC., Plain City, Ohio — Mark Chamberlain has joined the company as director of information systems. Chamberlain will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of information systems and technology needs and will direct the planning and implementation of new technology projects. He was previously with Stoneridge Inc.

VETS PLUS INC., Menomonie, Wis. — Mark Kunde has joined the company as national accounts manager. Kunde will be responsible for sales in production animal nutrition, working with producers in the Midwest and Northeast, with a focus on Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. He was previously with Animart Inc.
