ANIMART INC., Beaver Dam, Wis. — Dr. Michael Costin has been promoted to professional services manager of the dairy and livestock division. Costin will lead the team of veterinarians who provide on-farm services, including herd health programs and written standard operating procedures. He will expand outreach initiatives to the veterinary community and related industry stakeholders.

BIGHAM AG, Lubbock, Texas — Norm Burgeson has joined the company as vice president of sales and marketing. Burgeson will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing the company's North American sales growth strategies. He was previously with Alamo Group.

CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF LLC, Wooster, Ohio — Tony Biggs has joined the company as director of culinary arts. Biggs will lead culinary expertise and outreach, helping chefs, retailers and consumers interpret premium beef trends and apply them on menus, in meat cases and in kitchens around the globe. He was previously with the royal family in Amman, Jordan.

DOUBLE S LIQUID FEED SERVICES, Danville, Ill. — Steve Potter has joined the company as market development specialist. Potter will cover southern Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma and southern Kansas.

Tim Trattles has been promoted to eastern sales manager. Trattles will supervise all accounts east of the Mississippi River (except in Wisconsin), along with maintaining his previous coverage of Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio.

KENT NUTRITION GROUP INC., Muscatine, Iowa — Wayne Dimond has been promoted to eastern region director of operations. Dimond will be responsible for plants at Arcade, N.Y.; Richford, Vt.; Hagerstown, Md., and Bow, N.H. He was most recently plant manager at the Bow plant.

Tyler Schleich has joined the company as territory sales manager. Schleich will cover central Illinois. He was previously with Maschhoffs.

Mike Yanski has been promoted to plant manager of the Bow plant. Yanski was most recently assistant plant manager.

NORTH AMERICAN MILLERS' ASSN., Washington, D.C. — Benjamin Boroughs has joined the association as director of regulatory and technical affairs. Boroughs was previously with the office of Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D., Minn.).

SCAFCO GRAIN SYSTEMS CO., Spokane, Wash. — Jim McDonald has been appointed chief executive officer.

VETS PLUS INC., Menomonie, Wis. — Ted Maday has joined the company as project coordinator. Maday will provide direction and focus to develop products on an efficient timeline. He was previously with MDA Leadership Consulting.

WENGER FEEDS, Rheems, Pa. — Timothy Appleby has joined the company as vice president of finance. Appleby will manage corporate finance, including financial reporting, accounting, policies and procedures, audit and tax compliance.
