AMERICAN SEED TRADE ASSN., Alexandria, Va. — Stan Barrett has joined the association as director of membership and education services. Barrett will be responsible for the strategic direction and management of membership development, retention and recruitment. He will also create new, targeted education programs for the membership. He was previously with the Industrial Research Institute.

ANIMAL HEALTH INTERNATIONAL INC., Greeley, Colo. — Lynn Snodgrass has been promoted to president of the companion animal region. Snodgrass was most recently national sales manager, companion animal.

Bre Wells has joined the company as senior marketing manager-production segment.

Mark Ziller has been appointed senior vice president for pricing strategy. Ziller will be responsible for developing overall strategy related to the pricing of all products and services. He was most recently president of the companion animal region.

ANIMINE, Sillingy, France — Dr. Zhang Yonggang has been appointed country manager for China. Yonggang was previously with Evonik China.

BROCK GRAIN SYSTEMS, Milford, Ind. — Grant Smith has been promoted to customer service representative. Smith will be responsible for providing technical service and assistance to the dealer network. He was most recently hydraulic press operator.

DIAMOND V, Cedar Rapids, Iowa — David Kenyon has been promoted to business manager, layers and turkeys.

Dr. Don McIntyre has been promoted to director, North America poultry research. McIntyre will lead the research program in North America.

Paul Price has joined the company as poultry specialist. Price will concentrate on serving the layer and turkey industries. He was previously with Enzyvia LLC.

DOW AGROSCIENCES, Indianapolis, Ind. — Brian Barker has been named general manager, U.S. seeds. Barker will be responsible for Mycogen Seeds, PhytoGen, U.S. seeds affiliates and traits and germplasm licensing. He was most recently country leader for Argentina and Chile.

Rajan Gajaria has been named global leader for North America and Latin America. Gajaria was most recently global leader for Latin America and Pacific.

Stan Howell has been named global general manager for AgroFresh. Howell was most recently global leader for North America, with responsibilities for pest management, North American seed businesses and healthy oils and traits.

Ben Kaehler has been named U.S. sales leader. Kaehler was most recently general manager for U.S. seeds affiliates and traits and germplasm licensing.

Susanne Wasson has been named U.S. crop protection leader. Wasson was most recently U.S. marketing director.

GARNER INDUSTRIES, Lincoln, Neb. — Scott McLain has been promoted to chief executive officer and president. McLain was most recently president.

SELECT SIRES INC., Plain City, Ohio — Joel Boysel has been named supervisor of the Kellgren and Hecker centers. Boysel will provide leadership and manage the bulls that reside in those facilities. He was most recently livestock technician.

SYNGENTA, Washington, D.C. — Ryan Findlay has joined the company as industry relations lead for cereals and diverse field crops, including sugar beets, sunflowers and alfalfa. Findlay will manage the company's relationships with commodity and agricultural associations. He was previously with the Michigan Farm Bureau.

Rex Martin has been named head of external relations in North America and will assume leadership for the national advocacy effort in the U.S. to include federal government relations. Martin will work closely with the major agricultural industry associations, congressional members and staff and relevant federal agencies in the development of agricultural policy.

Jill Wheeler has been named head of sustainable productivity in North America. Wheeler will be responsible for ensuring that The Good Growth Plan is embedded into the company's North American business and stakeholder engagement plans. She was most recently product lead for commercial traits in the corn product management group.

TODD & SARGENT INC., Ames, Iowa — Jon Sargent has been promoted to executive vice president. Sargent will focus on managing business administration, risk management and corporate strategy. He was most recently vice president.

VETS PLUS INC., Menomonie, Wis. — Adam Kastonek has joined the company as marketing specialist. Kastonek will be responsible for website design, digital and mobile advertising and video production. He was previously with Menards.

ZINPRO CORP., Eden Prairie, Minn. — Paula Valeri has joined the company as account manager-Brazil. Valeri will be responsible for poultry sales activities in the southwest and midwest regions of Brazil.
