ALLTECH, Lexington, Ky. -- Eric Hibbard has been appointed sales manager for Alltech New Mexico. Hibbard will be responsible for services in New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. He was most recently territory sales representative for Arizona and southern California.

AMERICAN FEED INDUSTRY ASSN., Arlington, Va. -- Katharine Gausmann has joined the association as membership and meetings coordinator. Guasmann will assist with membership and meeting needs.

Paul Keppy has joined the association as legislative and regulatory specialist. Keppy will help members meet the compliance mandates of current and new regulations.

BIO-CAT, Troy, Va. -- Candy Buchanan has joined the company as manager of marketing. Buchanan will be in charge of marketing communications, strategic and tactical implementation through advertising, brand management, collateral development, social media and industry trade shows.

Dr. Thomas Laaman has joined the company as technical director.

BJM PUMPS LLC, Old Saybrook, Conn. -- Mario Alvarez has joined the company as regional sales manager covering Latin America. Alvarez will be responsible for establishing pump distribution and selling channels for Mexico, Central America and South America.

Andrew Pascal has joined the company as production and inventory control coordinator. Pascal will be responsible for scheduling pump manufacturing.

GRAIN & FEED ASSOCIATION OF ILLINOIS, Springfield, Ill. -- Kristina Richardson has joined the association as associate director of the Safety-Health-Environmental Services Program and account service manager of its Energy Consortium. Richardson will enhance safety training for the consortium members and stakeholders and serve as a resource for information and support regarding safety and environmental issues. She also will offer customer assistance and promote the Energy Consortium. She was previously with Gavilon Grain LLC.

TOPIGS USA, Des Moines, Iowa -- Jay Flora has been appointed sales and technical service representative. Flora will be responsible for technical aspects of further product and business development activities in the U.S. and Canada.

VETS PLUS INC., Menomonie, Wis. -- Cherie Grandt has joined the company as director of marketing. Grandt will develop strategic plans and oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives. She was previously with the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, TRADE & CONSUMER PROTECTION, Madison, Wis. -- Dr. Paul McGraw has been appointed state veterinarian and administrator for the department's animal health division. McGraw was most recently assistant state veterinarian and bureau director of animal disease control.
