AMERICAN FEED INDUSTRY ASSN., Arlington, Va. — Allison Crompton has joined the association as graphic design and website specialist. Crompton will serve as the designer of the "AFIA Journal," create meeting and event promotional material, design marketing items and maintain the organization's four affiliate websites.

Shakera Daley has been named accounting and administrative coordinator. Daley will be responsible for administration of the database system as well as providing administrative support to the human resources and accounting department. She will continue to support the Safe Feed/Safe Food program.

Katharine Gausmann has been promoted to meetings and events specialist. Gausmann was most recently membership and meetings coordinator.

Tracy Manriquez will expand her duties to provide administrative support to the membership and communications department in addition to supporting the president and board of directors.

ARM & HAMMER ANIMAL NUTRITION, Princeton, N.J. — Jeff Kearnan has been promoted to account manager III. Kearnan will oversee sales and marketing in the California, Arizona and Nevada dairy markets. He will continue to support and cultivate animal nutrition business and relationship in the western region of the U.S.

ARYSTA LIFESCIENCE NORTH AMERICA, Cary, N.C. — Blair Lyon has been named territory sales manager in southern Alberta. Lyon was previously with Cargill.

Jodi MacDonald has been named technical sales manager. MacDonald will work in north and central Saskatchewan with retailers. He was most recently territory sales manager for the southern Alberta region.

BIG DUTCHMAN INC., Holland, Mich. — Charles Bursk has been promoted to team leader quotation department. Bursk will be responsible for daily activities of the Commercial Egg Systems quoting of equipment systems and developing creative programs to enhance the presentation of quoting materials.

Thomas Kain has joined the company as international sales coordinator.

Mike Noquera has joined the company as customer service representative for the swine department. Noquera will support business in Mexico.

BUNGE LTD., White Plains, N.Y. — Raul Padilla has been appointed chief executive officer, Bunge Brazil, effective May 1. Padilla is currently managing director of Bunge global agribusiness and chief executive officer of Bunge product lines.

Pedro Parente will retire as president and chief executive officer of Bunge Brazil, effective June 30.

Brian Thomsen has been named managing director of Bunge global agribusiness and chief executive officer of Bunge product lines, effective May 1. Thomsen is currently managing director, grains and oilseeds product lines.

DOW AGROSCIENCES, Indianapolis, Ind. — Antonio Galindez will retire as president and chief executive officer, effective May 1.

Tim Hassinger has been named president and chief executive officer. Hassinger was most recently Crop Protection Global Business Unit global leader and global commercial leader.

NOVOGEN, Quintin, France — Tomas Perez has been appointed technical and commercial representative for the Andean Pact. Perez will provide technical and commercial services in Ecuador, Peru, Colombia and Venezuela as well as in the neighboring countries of South Cone and Central America. He was previously with Nutrisalminsa S.A.

SANDERSON FARMS INC., Laurel, Miss. — Tia Cardwell has joined the company's organization development department. Cardwell will be responsible for managing the corporate retention program. She was previously with Cardwell & Cardwell PLLC.

Jennifer Franklin has been named manager of training. Franklin will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting company culture, overseeing the design, development and implementation of all systems and procedures for salaried and hourly training and managing the corporate trainee program. She was most recently corporate recruiter.

Jennifer Parrish has been promoted to training manager. Parrish will be responsible for designing curriculum, implementing and facilitating training programs and identifying, recruiting and developing beginning trainees for the management team. She was most recently training coordinator.

TRACTOR SUPPLY CO., Brentwood, Tenn. — Roger D. Mills has joined the company as senior vice president and chief information officer. Mills will lead the continued development of the technology systems and platform. He was previously with Ulta Beauty.
