ANITOX, Lawrenceville, Ga. — Chris Barnes has joined the company as global head of supply chain and procurement. Barnes was previously with AB Agri.

ARCHER DANIELS MIDLAND CO., Decatur, Ill. — Chris Boerm has been appointed president, grain. Boerm will oversee U.S. and export grain businesses, grain merchandising operations and destination marketing businesses. He was most recently vice president, grain.

Ian Pinner has been named vice president, corporate strategic and financial planning. Pinner will lead the annual business planning process and will help develop and drive the corporate strategic growth plan and business performance plans. He was most recently president of the grain group.

Christina McGlone-Hahn has been named director, corporate strategy and competitive analysis. McGlone-Hahn was previously with Deutsche Bank.

BIORIGIN, Sao Paulo, Brazil — Dr. Yunior Acosta Aragon has joined the company as feed sales technical manager. Aragon will provide technical services for all animal species in the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Poland, Russia, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria.

DIGI-STAR LLC, Ft. Atkinson, Wis. — Dick Bonner has been appointed Moisture Tracker technical sales representative. Bonner will provide sales support for Moisture Tracker and all feed management solutions. He was previously with Edstrom Inc.

H.J. BAKER, Westport, Conn. — Dr. Bob Hill has been promoted to technical director and new product development with the research and development team. Hill will focus on identifying and developing market applications for new products that complement the current portfolio. He most recently led the research team.

Dr. Kip Karges has joined the company's sales and marketing team as director of technical services. Karges will support customers while working closely with sales staff to analyze data, focusing on animal protein additives and supplemental products as well as identifying new solutions and products. He was previously with AC Nutrition.

INTERSTATES COMPANIES, Sioux Center, Iowa — Scott Peterson has been named chief executive officer, effective Sept. 1. Peterson was most recently chief financial officer, as well as president of the Harbor Group.

INTERSYSTEMS, Omaha, Neb. — Barry Beyer has joined the company as vice president of operations.

METAFARMS INC., Burnsville, Minn. — Erik Nankivil has joined the company as sales executive. Nankivil will help producers make data-driven decisions about their operations.

MILK PRODUCTS, Chilton, Wis. — Nimer Al-Shadfan has been promoted to operations manager.

Denise Brandow has been named safety supervisor. Brandow was most recently production supervisor.

Bonnie Brantmeier has been promoted to advertising and public relations specialist. Brantmeier will focus on integration of print and digital marketing programs, advertising and public relations activities.

Miranda Caldwell has assumed new duties as administrative and information technology coordinator.

Joyce Campbell has been named purchasing and product coordinator.

Stefanie Fieck has been named brand manager. Fieck will manage all house brands, including corporate branding and the commercial and lifestyle business segments.

Sharon Hoerth has assumed additional duties as vice president, business operations. Hoerth will be responsible for all financial and administrative functions. She was most recently vice president-controller.

Cathy Morris has been promoted to director, lifestyle business development. Morris will manage sales, business development and product development for customers that serve rural lifestyle markets. She was most recently marketing manager, lifestyle business segment.

Carol Olson has been promoted to administrative manager. Olson will supervise customer service functions, accounting and internal information technology needs.

Raessa Sebo has been named product and materials manager. Sebo will manage several personnel in purchasing and materials management. She was most recently purchasing and formulation manager.

Sara Sievert has been promoted to director, commercial business development. Sievert will be responsible for managing sales, business development and product development for customers that  serve production agriculture markets. She was most recently marketing manager, commercial business segment.

NATIONAL CORN GROWERS ASSN., St. Louis, Mo. — Rick Tolman will step down as chief executive officer on Sept. 30. Tolman has served the organization for 14 years.

RABO AGRIFINANCE, St. Louis, Mo. — Stephen Nicholson has joined the Rabobank Food & Agribusiness Research & Advisory group as grains and oilseeds analyst. Nicholson was previously with International Food Products.

U.S. FARMERS & RANCHERS ALLIANCE, Chesterfield, Mo. — Randy Krotz has been appointed chief executive officer. Krotz was most recently executive director.
