ALLIANT ENERGY, Cedar Rapids, Iowa — Thomas Aller will retire this spring from his position as president of the Iowa and Minnesota utility and senior vice president of operations support.

Douglas Kopp has been named senior vice president, effective March 1, and president of the Iowa and Minnesota utility operation, effective April 1. Kopp most recently led the company's environmental efforts.

BIORESOURCE INTERNATIONAL INC., Research Triangle Park, N.C. — Dr. Sanjeewa Rupasinghe has joined the company as research scientist. Rupasinghe will assist the research and development team on the development of feed enzymes.

CHS INC., St. Paul, Minn. — Adam Holton has been named senior vice president, human resources, effective March 3. Holton will be responsible for building and leading teams and developing and implementing human resource strategies to support organizational growth. He was previously with GE Healthcare.

DIGI-STAR LLC, Ft. Atkinson, Wis. — Steven Gorseth has been appointed director of engineering. Gorseth was previously with Topcon Positioning Systems.

DIAMOND V, Cedar Rapids, Iowa — Chad Davis has been promoted to district sales manager. Davis will lead sales for the Pacific Northwest and Southwest dairy teams. He was most recently regional sales manager in California.

Mitch Deimund has been promoted to district sales manager. Deimund will lead sales for the midwestern dairy team. He was most recently regional sales manager.

John Miller has been promoted to district sales manager. Miller will lead sales efforts of the California dairy team. He was most recently regional sales manager.

Dr. Ken Sanderson has been promoted to district sales manager. Sanderson will lead sales for the eastern dairy team. He was most recently dairy field technical specialist for the Northeast region and Canada.

FAEGRE BAKER DANIELS LLP, Minneapolis, Minn. — Richard Wegener has joined the firm as counsel for the firm's food regulatory and litigation practice. Wegener was previously with Fredrickson & Byron P.A.

LUCTA, Barcelona, Spain — Dr. Fernando Bargo has joined the company to provide technical support for swine and ruminant products throughout the Americas, with an emphasis on the U.S., Mexico, Colombia and Brazil. Bargo will also be responsible for designing and conducting research studies for key customers and working closely with the research and development team to identify and prioritize needs for the Americas market.
