AMLAM INTERNATIONAL, Chicago, Ill. — Dr. Ron Cravens has been named president. Cravens was most recently vice president and general manager of parent company Oil-Dri Corporation of America.

FURST-MCNESS CO., Freeport, Ill. — Willard Lemaster has joined the company as beef field nutritionist. Lemaster will be responsible for sales and service of new and existing beef accounts in northwest Iowa and will provide beef technical support throughout the west central operating area. He was previously with the Pennsylvania Center for Beef Excellence.

Mark Ullerich has joined the sales team as beef specialist. Ullerich will service South and North Dakota regions and northeast Nebraska.

Mark Umble has joined the company as swine production manager. Umble will manage swine production sites throughout southeast Iowa.

GENESUS, Oakville, Man. — Tony Martel has been appointed territory manager. Martel will be responsible for customer service and production support in Manitoba. He was previously with Hylife.

R.J. O'BRIEN & ASSOCIATES, Chicago, Ill. — Robert A. Keeley has joined the firm as senior vice president, institutional sales and business development. Keeley will be responsible for bringing in institutional brokers and sales teams. He also will help the Enterprise Solutions sales team by offering private-label facilities management services to buy-side and sell-side firms. He was previously with Phillip Futures Inc.
