Turlington will be involved in the Food Safety Modernization Act feed rule comment development process as part of the legislative and regulatory team and in conjunction with member working groups. He will also focus on the overall quality and technical leadership for third-party certification programs. He was previously with The Nutro Co. and Provimi North America.

U.S. GRAINS COUNCIL, Washington, D.C. — Kevin Roepke has been promoted to director of trade development and government relations in the China office. Roepke will plan, coordinate and execute the trade servicing and government relations programs. He will play a role in maintaining a constructive relationship and useful dialogue with key national-level stakeholders in China, including government agencies and government affiliated industry associations. He was most recently manager of global trade.
