AMERICAN FEED INDUSTRY ASSN., Arlington, Va. — Dr. W. Henry Turlington has joined the association as director of quality and manufacturing regulatory affairs. Turlington will be involved in the Food Safety Modernization Act feed rule comment development process as part of the legislative and regulatory team and in conjunction with member working groups. He will also focus on the overall quality and technical leadership for third-party certification programs. He was previously with The Nutro Co. and Provimi North America.

ANITOX, Lawrenceville, Ga. — Shane Brookshire has been appointed head of the North American commercial operations. Brookshire will be responsible for increasing service levels to North American customers. He was previously with Merial Animal Health.

GENESUS, Oakville, Man. — Greg Gilsdorf has been appointed general manager of U.S. operations. Gilsdorf will be responsible for sales and business activities. He was previously with Genetiporc.

Joel Newman has been appointed sales and technical representative. Newman will be involved in swine accounts within Illinois, eastern Iowa and Wisconsin. He was previously with Genetiporc.

IMMUCELL, Portland, Maine — Tucker Janssen has joined the company as sales and marketing manager for the southern U.S. Janssen will be responsible for sales and marketing from Florida to New Mexico by establishing relationships with animal health distributors, veterinarians, calf raisers, dairy producers and cow/calf operations. He was previously with Barrett & Crofoot.

MARRONE BIO INNOVATIONS INC., Davis, Cal. — Asen Asparuhov has joined the company as agricultural field sales representative. Asparuhov will support sales of Regalia biofungicide and Grandevo bioinsecticide to distributors and growers in the Central Valley of California.

Graham Jordan has joined the company as agricultural field sales representative. Jordan will serve a diverse group of crops and customers in the mid-Atlantic and New England states. He was previously with Bayer CropScience.

Sean Musser has joined the company as agricultural field sales representative. Musser will serve customers from eastern Washington and Oregon to the Upper Midwest. He was previously with Cultiva LLC.

Mike Slade has joined the company as agricultural field sales representative. Slade will be responsible for sales in the Upper Midwest, with an emphasis on working with distributors and growers to expand the use of Regalia RX in corn and soybeans.

Brian Tipton has joined the company as agricultural field sales representative. Tipton will cover western Washington and Oregon and northern California. He was previously with Suterra and Eden Bioscience.

FURST-MCNESS CO., Freeport, Ill. — Audrey Angus has joined the West Central sales team as swine specialist. Angus will be responsible for growing and supporting the Illinois and Indiana marketplace. She was previously with Cargill.

Robert Middendorf has joined the company as merchandiser in Australia. Middendorf will be responsible for increasing container sales from the U.S., along with developing markets for products from the Pacific Rim region. He was previously with JBS Swift & Co. Trade Group.

U.S. GRAINS COUNCIL, Washington, D.C. — Kevin Roepke has been promoted to director of trade development and government relations in the China office. Roepke will plan, coordinate and execute the trade servicing and government relations programs. He will play a role in maintaining a constructive relationship and useful dialogue with key national-level stakeholders in China, including government agencies and government affiliated industry associations. He was most recently manager of global trade.
