AGRITALENT RECRUITERS INC., St. Louis, Mo. — Ken Simpson has joined the company as an independent ag business consultant. Simpson will help companies find key personnel and candidates find employment opportunities.

ANIMAL HEALTH INTERNATIONAL INC., Austin, Texas — Dr. Joseph Manning has joined the company as equine national sales manager.  Manning was previously with Merck Animal Health.

Chad Maxon has been promoted to swine sales manager-Midwest region. Maxon was most recently outside sales representative.

ARYSTA LIFESCIENCE NORTH AMERICA, Cary, N.C. — Roger Williams has joined the company as territory sales manager for southern California and Arizona. Williams was previously with Syngenta.

BIORIGIN, Sao Paulo, Brazil — Fernando de Oliverira Roberti Filho has joined the company as technical expert for the animal feed sector. De Oliverira Roberti Filho will be responsible for technical experiments on product functionalities, relations with universities and support for the sales team and distributors.

BROCK ASSOCIATES, Milwaukee, Wis. — Tom Raines has joined the company as agricultural commodity marketing consultant. Raines will work one on one with livestock owners and grain growers across the U.S. to minimize market risk and capture market opportunities. He was previously with Hedge Plus.

ENTIRA, Memphis, Tenn. — David Rye has joined the firm's senior consulting staff. Rye will focus on managing projects and research programs in the animal health arena.

HIGHQUEST PARTNERS, Danvers, Mass. — Pranav Garg has been appointed managing director and co-head of the firm's consulting practice. Garg will help client management teams develop and execute growth, performance improvement and turnaround strategies. He was previously with Newpoynt Partners.

INTERSYSTEMS, Omaha, Neb. — Gary Dorrell has joined the company as sales manager. Dorrell will be responsible for marketing the company's bulk material handling equipment line to the feed, grain, pet food, ethanol and other related industries in the Southwest U.S. territory. He was previously with Charm Sciences.

KENT NUTRITION GROUP INC., Muscatine, Iowa — Jamey Doe has been promoted to plant manager of the Richford, Vt., plant. Doe was most recently assistant plant manager.

Rob Wesolich has been promoted to director of sales-fleet channel. Wesolich was most recently Midwest regional sales manager for the Kent Pet Group.

PHYTOBIOTICS FEED ADDITIVES GMBH, Eltville, Germany — Dr. Manfred Andratsch has been appointed alkaloid research manager. Andratsch will work on scientific topics central to the business, bringing them to the network of international colleagues and experts as well as presenting the results at seminars and in publications. He will also be responsible for setting up a global alkaloid competence center. He was previously with the Medical University of Innsbruck.
