More concerns mount over EPA water rule

THE Environmental Protection Agency's final waters of the U.S. rule is set to go into effect on Aug. 28, but the rule continues to leave a mass of concerns in its wake.

Many seek an injunction to stop the rule's enforcement. In addition, new information from the Army Corps of Engineers shows that it's not 100% behind the new rule either.
