Millennials: Want to help feed the world?

LET'S face it: The farm — or, in our case, the feed mill — is not exactly what our kids would call "awesome," and to prove it, they are leaving rural communities in droves for the lights and pace of the big city.

As the father of teenagers, I've been thinking a lot about this issue and wondering why kids are abandoning their grandpa's pride and joy — the family business — in exchange for the quick pulse of the city.
