McDonald's updates menu sourcing policy

McDonald's USA announces new antibiotics policy and menu sourcing initiatives for chicken and milk.

MCDONALD'S USA announced last week that it will buy only chickens raised without antibiotics that are important to human medicine and will serve milk from cows not treated with recombinant bovine somatotropin (rbST) in the latest step of the company's journey to evolve its menu to better meet the changing preferences of today's customers.
