Paperwork not filed: Fonterra Cooperative Group Ltd., the world's biggest dairy exporter, said it unaccountably missed a deadline when preparing its paperwork for shipments of New Zealand cheese to the U.S. this year. As a result, the large dairy cooperative will not be able to sell its cheese with the Fonterra label in the U.S. market. The company is currently working with other New Zealand cheese license holders to ensure that it can fulfill its New Zealand chees
