Class action lawsuit claims broiler industry fixed prices to stabilize market and increase profits.

In a lawsuit filed against 14 poultry processors, a New York-based foodservice distribution service alleges that the companies have manipulated poultry supplies to boost profits and stabilize the market since 2008, according to court documents filed in the Northern District of Illinois court.
