Kemin forms subsidiary in Russia

Kemin to invest in land for future manufacturing plant in Lipetsk special economic zone.

Continuing to deliver on its global growth plans, Kemin Industries announced Jan. 11 that it has formed a new  subsidiary in Russia: Kemin Industries (Lipetsk) LLC.

Kemin will operate in the special economic zone of Lipetsk, Russia, which is 15 km outside the town of Lipetsk and 438 km southeast of Moscow.

The company’s plan is to build a facility with manufacturing, administration offices, lunchroom, quality lab security building and warehouses. The investment is one of man
