TYSON Foods Inc. has reached a definitive agreement with JBS S.A. to sell its poultry businesses in Mexico and Brazil, the two companies announced last week.
The total price to be paid is $575 million, $400 million of which corresponds to the value of the operation in Mexico and $175 million of which corresponds to the operation in Brazil.
