Interested parties have until Dec. 10 to submit comments on supplemental beef checkoff.

AGRICULTURE Secretary Tom Vilsack is moving ahead with establishing a supplemental beef checkoff as the U.S. Department of Agriculture published an official notice of inquiry in the Nov. 10 Federal Register.
