Agricultural firm H.J. Baker & Bro. Inc. announced it has relocated its Little Rock, Ark., offices to accommodate the company’s continued growth in feed sales and to foster its customer service program. Expanding the new space will allow the company to consolidate H.J Baker’s customer service and support teams into one central operating hub.

“H.J. Baker is known for quality products and outstanding customer service,” said Steve Azzarello, H.J. Baker executive vice president of sales and marketing. “We’ve built our business on successful, long term relationships and this move shows customers that we are there for them and committed to their needs.”

The new H.J. Baker Customer Service Center provides dedicated support by assigning customer service representatives to specific clients. This strategy empowers H.J. Baker support representatives to become adept in their clients’ accounts, needs and preferences.

“Moving our customer service and support teams into our new Little Rock office space makes it even easier for our customers to do business with us,” said H.J Baker general manager Clark Springfield. “This central hub will facilitate open and transparent internal communication, providing our customers an exceptional experience.”
