U.N. agency seeks to reclassify glyphosate as probable human carcinogen.

A REPORT by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) advises reclassifying the herbicide glyphosate as a probable human carcinogen — drawing criticism from agricultural groups.

IARC is the France-based cancer research arm of the U.N. World Health Organization (WHO) that coordinates and conducts both epidemiological and laboratory research into causes of human cancer.
