Four indicted in Rancho scandal

Rancho owners and two employees indicted for selling beef from condemned cattle.

RANCHO Feeding Corp. co-owners Jesse J. Amaral Jr. and Robert Singleton, along with employees Felix Sandoval Cabrera and Eugene D. Corda, were indicted by a federal grand jury last week for processing beef cattle condemned by U.S. Department of Agriculture inspectors, which led to an expansive beef recall in February.
