Former Dean Foods chairman charged with insider trading

Long-term scheme allegedly illegally generated tens of millions of dollars.

U.S. prosecutors announced May 19 criminal charges against a former chairman of Dean Foods and a Las Vegas, Nev., gambler for insider trading in a years-long scheme that allegedly generated tens of millions of dollars of illegal profits, according to Reuters.
