ON Dec. 17, oral arguments were presented in Minneapolis, Minn., in a lawsuit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regarding the ongoing fight to prevent EPA from publically disclosing sensitive private and personal information on hundreds of thousands of farmers in response to demands from animal activist groups.
