The latest “Livestock, Dairy & Poultry Outlook” report from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Economic Research Service’s predicts that, during 2016, exports of total red meat and poultry production will increase to 16%, while exports of total dairy production (on a skim-solids milk-equivalent basis) will decline
