Exploring new paths to expand beef herd

Beef producers who plan to expand face challenges as U.S. grazing acreage declines.

EXPANDING the U.S. cattle herd in order to regain lost market share will rest on the shoulders of cow/calf producers — the fundamental supply source for the beef industry.
