THE dairy industry — one of the last major agriculture sectors to back the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) — has decided to throw its support behind the trade deal. The result is a predominantly united agriculture sector pushing in concert for TPP passage yet this year.
"Taken in its entirety, the TPP agreement is positive for the U.S. dairy industry," said Jim Mulhern, president and chief executive officer of the National Milk Producers Federation
