Crop troubles in Europe limit declines in U.S. wheat.

Corn and soybeans were lower on Monday as rain reached Midwest crop areas over the weekend and as forecasts show more this week.

Only minor changes were likely in weekly crop ratings due later on Monday, with corn possibly losing a point from its good-to-excellent rating.
