CROP PROGRESS: Corn rating holds, while soybeans slip

Winter wheat is 25% harvested, and Kansas crop is also at 25%.

U.S. corn conditions stayed at 75% good to excellent in the latest week, while soybeans slipped one percentage point to 73%, the U.S. Department of Agriculture said on Monday.

Farm Futures calculated a 0.3 bu. slippage in its expected average corn yield to 172 bu. per acre due to condition declines in Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and other states. The soybean potential slipped about 0.25
