Crop markets higher, near day's high: Podcast

Wheat futures have another day of solid gains.

Corn, soybean and wheat markets were higher near midday Wednesday, with wheat futures posting the largest gains of the three crops. Short covering and new buying appear to be driving wheat, with the new buying in deferred months.

Brazil waiving an import tax on corn gave U.S. prices a lift amid hopes for export sales.
