Court denies EPA motion to vacate Dow's Enlist registration

Current U.S. registration for Enlist Duo remains intact for all labeled uses as EPA continues to evaluate new information.

Dow AgroSciences received a win from a three-judge panel in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit after the court denied the Environmental Protection Agency’s motion to vacate the Enlist Duo registration.

In November 2015, EPA withdrew its approval of Dow’s new weed killer combining glyphosate and 2,4-D that the company developed for the use on the next generation of genetically engineered crops.
