THE Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica Inc. (BIVI) Health Management Center has developed and will offer, starting July 1, the swine industry's first commercially available quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) test for lawsonia (ileitis) using fecal samples.
