China plans to act on biotech approvals

IN the annual session of the U.S.-China Joint Commission on Commerce & Trade (JCCT), top U.S. and Chinese officials announced key outcomes on agricultural technologies.

U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack and Ambassador to China Max Baucus participated in this year's JCCT.
