Chick hatchery to be built in U.S. utilizing humane technologies

Construction of chick hatchery slated to begin this spring in Fredericksburg, Pa.

Bell & Evans of Fredericksburg, Pa.; HatchTech of Veenendaal, Netherlands, and Viscon of Gravendeel, Netherlands, announced that they have signed an agreement for the construction of the first Humane Animal Welfare Focused Chick Hatchery in the U.S.
