SUPPORTERS are lining up behind the American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF) and several others in asking the Supreme Court to overturn a lower court decision on the Environmental Protection Agency's plan to "micromanage" state land use and development decisions under its Chesapeake Bay water quality "blueprint."
