ChemChina-Syngenta merger raising lawmakers' concern

The final review by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) on the ChemChina-Syngenta merger continues to cause concern, according to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R., Iowa), chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
